It looks like WWE has decided to load up another live event card, this time for a show in Hawaii on June 29th. The show will see the first scheduled appearance (at this point) of Brock Lesnar since WrestleMania 32, as he faces Kevin Owens for the first time ever. In addition, with John Cena already promoting his return to action on the Memorial Day episode of Raw, WWE also has him advertised for the Honolulu show, facing a man he’s never encountered before, the King of Strong Style, Shinsuke Nakamura, which is a match that we never knew we always wanted to see. Also, there will be a Champion vs Champion match, as WWE Women’s Champion Charlotte is scheduled to face NXT Women’s Champion Asuka.
Rumors are already flying that this could be the next live event televised on the WWE Network, and given the three matches already announced (none of which have ever happened before), we can only hope that the rumors are true, especially since tickets for the show are already sold out.
