WATCH: Braun Strowman and The Big Show Destroy The Ring, Possibly Kill Ref (But Not Really)

The WWE has done this before, but it’s never not cool.

On Monday, Braun Strowman destroyed everything in his path (disposing of Goldust, R-Truth, and Kalisto earlier in the show) before taking on The Big Show in the main event. The two massive superstars teased a superplex for the entire match, and when Strowman eventually landed the top rope move, the entire ring buckled and then collapsed as a result of the massive impact. As a side note, the ref also went flying and is presumed dead or missing (not really, though. We’re sure he’s fine.)

Here’s a clip of the impressive spot:

Strowman was the only one to actually get up before the show ended, so we guess he wins, although the match was officially a no contest.

Sure, the ring was rigged to collapse, but it’s still an incredible visual. I’d argue that it was even better than the previous two times the Big Show has been superplexed into a ring collapse. But you can decide for yourself, because here are the other two clips, from a SmackDown in 2003 and the Vengeance PPV in 2011.
