Tiger Woods, who has only appeared sporadically on the PGA Tour in recent years (and often played terribly when he did), was arrested and charged with DUI early Monday morning in Jupiter, Florida.
According to WPTV, Woods was taken into custody around 3:00 a.m. and held in a jail cell overnight. He was released around 10:50 a.m.

Woods recently underwent yet another surgery on his troubled back, but it was only a week or two ago that he was telling reporters that he felt better than he had in years, and was hoping to once again ease his way back into playing professional golf.
