Ric Flair Causes Stir At Smackdown Tapings, Then At Boston Airport Source:

It’s been an eventful couple of days for the man known as the Nature Boy. First, during the Smackdown tapings, held Tuesday night in New Hampshire, 16-time World Champion Ric Flair cut a promo against Natalya (who will be facing Flair’s daughter Charlotte this Sunday at the Payback PPV), during which he told her to “kill herself”. This was treated as a flub by an overenthusiastic Flair (which is almost certainly was), and will almost certainly be edited off the show before it airs, but video of the incident has already made its way around the Internet.

The next morning, reports came out on social media that Flair had been detained at Boston’s Logan International Airport, with many theorizing that he was heavily intoxicated and may have been banned from getting on the flight. This was quickly refuted by several sources, including TMZ, which reported that Flair had been stopped from boarding in order to treat a cut on his hand. According to several reports, Flair eventually boarded the flight without incident, and is expected to be in Charlotte’s corner at Payback.

Here’s the picture of Flair at the airport that was originally posted on Twitter. Source:
