Hulk Hogan Files New Lawsuit Against Gawker Media

While the appeals process is continuing in regards to Hulk Hogan’s $140 million judgment against Gawker Media for posting a sex tape involving him on their website, Hogan has already filed a second lawsuit against the company responsible for several popular websites. In this new suit, Hogan is alleging that Gawker was the source behind the leaked transcript of the audio on the tape. That transcript revealed Hogan using racially-charged language, which resulted in him losing his job and his Legends contract with WWE. The suit also points to evidence that seems to show that Gawker was aware of the transcript long before it was ultimately leaked, and may have threatened to release it on several earlier dates.

It looks like this battle between Hogan and Gawker may be very far from over, so stay tuned!
