While director Zack Snyder has planted himself firmly in the DC Comics camp, having made three films now based on their properties (Watchmen, Man of Steel, and next spring’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), that doesn’t mean he’s not allowed to show some love for the competition.
Snyder is clearly a big geek about all of this stuff, which means it’s hardly a surprise to see him create these neat little mash-ups featuring scenes from Batman v Superman and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. He tweeted both of these out on his Twitter account last night:

Love his films or hate them, you have to admire Snyder’s style. He loves this stuff just as much (maybe even more) as we do.
