10. Strange Magic
Coming in at number 10 is the recent animated film from Lucasfilm Ltd., Strange Magic. Strange Magic is a fairytale musical that is largely inspired by A Midsummer Night’s Dream and features a colorful cast of characters and their adventures while battling for a potion. Like most animated movies in the modern day, it is visually stunning but, unfortunately, it lacks the depth you may expect from a Disney animated film. It doesn’t really connect with the viewer and relies a lot on its impressive visual aspect and not much on the storytelling. The movie has received an 18% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
