‘Star Wars’ and ‘Winnie The Pooh’ Join Forces In ‘Wookie The Chew’ Artwork

That silly old Chew…

We’ve already showcased another Star Wars mashup pairing a beloved childhood cartoon and this new Winnie the Pooh-inspired artwork from James Hance stands right alongside that as perhaps the best we’ve come across.

Titled Wookie the Chew, Hance’s black-and-white art series reimagines classic Star Wars characters as inhabitants of the hundred acre wood and it’s just as charming as you can imagine.

That’s Han Solo in the Christopher Robin role, R2-D2 as Piglet, an adorably grumpy AT-AT walker as Eeyore and of course, Chewie as Pooh bear. Hance has put Wookie the Chew up for sale on his Etsy page but unfortunately, it’s currently sold out. Fortunately, there are still T-Shirts for sale and there’s always hope that Hance will increase his production with the demand so high.

Now we just need to convince Disney to adopt this idea and make it into an animated series. We’d watch it!
