Zazie Beetz doesn’t think a Joker sequel is needed… and we couldn’t agree more.
While speaking with MTV News on the red carpet prior to last night’s event, Beetz was asked about the potential of Joker sequel being made, and the actress gave the perfect response, saying, “Ah, I don’t know. I don’t know if it needs one. I think there is a lot of strength in not milking something.”

Although she doesn’t think a sequel is needed, Beetz did add that if Phillips wants to, that she fully trusts him, and it would be done “tastefully.”
