Up until now, only five games have been confirmed to be launching alongside the Nintendo Switch on March 3rd. While that small group of games includes the likes of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, many fans have criticized Nintendo for its overall lack of software available at launch. Fortunately, that lineup is starting to expand a bit, as the list has effectively doubled since January 13th.
These were the five games confirmed for the Switch’s launch on January 13th:
- 1, 2 Switch
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
- Just Dance 2017
- Super Bomberman R
- Skylanders: Imaginators
And here are the additional confirmed titles:
- The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+
- I Am Setsuna
- Human Resource Machine
- Little Inferno
- World of Goo
While it’s a bit disappointing to see that these games are all ports — not to mention that ten games still makes for a very small launch lineup — it’s heartening to see the Switch get more games. It’s unclear if more titles will be revealed in the lead-up to March 3rd, but when you consider that the Wii U launched with 32 games in all, there is still plenty of room to expand.
